X LINE HYBRID DRY CABINETS

X Line Hybrid Dry Cabinets have been specifically designed for drying and storing moisture sensitive devices (MSDs). According to IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033C ve IPC-1601 standards, moisture-sensitive materials and PCB’s can be stored in these cabinets for an unlimited period of time. X Line Hybrid Dry Cabinets are suitable for low and medium volume production due to cabinet dimensions also it can be used for baking (floor life resetting) purposes with optional heater units up to 60ᵒC degree. Due to the long depth of the cabinet, feeder storage solutions can be added or used for the storage of large-scale products. X Line Hybrid Dry Cabinets are equipped both technologies desiccant drying unit (DHM-01) and smart nitrogen flow unit (N2AF-01). The N2AF-01 nitrogen flow unit guarantees constant low relative humidity ≤0.5%RH for short to long-term storage. A moisture-free and the oxygen-free environment is provided. Ideal for the moisture-proof and anti-oxidation storage of wide-ranging technologies.

While X Line Hybrid Dry Cabinets prevent oxidation %100 with its smart nitrogen unit, it also makes the dehumidification process faster and more reliable with the desiccant dry units operating simultaneously. A smart nitrogen unit will continue drying process by taking control when the desiccant dry unit reaches saturation and regenerates itself automatically. In case the nitrogen source is interrupted or if there is a malfunction in any unit, the other unit takes over the control and provides a continuous drying process. For these reasons, they are the most efficient dry and storage solutions that can be used especially in long-term storage and drying processes.

X Line Hybrid Dry Cabinets optimally adjust the nitrogen gas used thanks to its comprehensive software and sensitive sensors, keeping the humidity level at desired values and saving by minimizing the consumable usage level. Users can increase or decrease nitrogen gas pressure according to process needs or it can be tailored to the process by changing the nitrogen gas injection settings on the touch screen control panel. In this way, the user can decide which unit works how much.

The touch screen control panel provides 800x480px resolution in 7″ touch-capable area. The user can reach all important data in the cabinets with simple clicks. X-Treme Series Auto Dry Cabinets fully network compatible, it can be reached remotely via computers, phones, and tablets which are using Wi-Fi and ethernet connections. The cabinets are equipped with high-precision sensors and integrated data logger for performance traceability.

X-Treme Series Auto Dry Cabinets are ESD Safe and conforms to the current ESD 61340-5-1 standards with optional ESD-safe coating
