X-Treme Series Desiccant Dry Cabinet has been specifically designed for drying and storing moisture sensitive devices (MSDs). According to IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033C ve IPC-1601 standards, moisture-sensitive materials and PCB’s can be stored in these cabinets for an unlimited period of time. XTC-520-S5 Model Desiccant Dry Cabinet is suitable for medium and high-volume production due to cabinet dimensions also it can be used for baking (floor life resetting) purposes with optional heater units up to 125ᵒC degree. XTC-520-S5 Model cabinet has indoor light feature in addition to the XTC-520-01 base model cabinet. It is one of the most used cabinets due to its ergonomic structure and high volume. The XTC-520-S5 Desiccant Dry Cabinet is equipped with 2 patented drying units DHM-01. The patented DHM-01 desiccant drying units guarantees constant low relative humidity ≤0.5%RH for short to long-term storage thus oxidation risks associated with long term storage can be avoided. Ideal for the moisture-proof and anti-oxidation storage of wide-ranging technologies.

The drying unit of X-Treme Series Auto Dry Cabinets operating at very low humidity levels and optional heating units work together to provide a fast and healthy baking process at low temperatures for floor life resetting process. Low-temperature baking prevents problems such as delamination, micro-cracks, popcorn affects and solderability in MSDs (Moisture Sensitive Devices) arising due to high-temperature stress on the materials after baking in traditional ovens.
